Total Equity of Our Bank Exceed TL 440 million

It was decided to increase the share capital of our Bank from TL 278,097,348 to TL 337,292,350 in the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 25 March 2008. Based on the other shareholders' waiver of their pre-emption rights, Tarshish-Hapoalim Holdings and Investment Ltd.'nin (Hapoalim) committed to pay TL 79,316,267 together with the share premium amount and deposited the total amount on 25 March 2008. The share capital increase was approved by Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency on 8 April 2008.

With respect to this share capital increase, Bank's total equity exceeded TL 440 million.

Together with the share capital increase, Hapoalim's shareholding percentage was increased to 65% from 57.55% which indicates the level of trust of our foreign shareholder in Turkey and in BankPozitif. Additionally, this further investment, realized at a time when global economic conditions are volatile, proves that the decision of our main shareholder has a long term investment perspective.
