BankPozitif was Assigned Credit Rating From International Rating Agency Moody's

International Rating Agency Moody's issued credit ratings to Bank Pozitif Kredi ve Kalkınma Bankası A.Ş.

Moody's assigned local currency long term rating of Baa3 and foreign currency long term rating of B1 to BankPozitif. All ratings have stable outlook. According to Moody's; ratings are supported by strong capitalization, asset quality, healthy profitability, and by low market risk appetite. Ratings also take into account the bank's sound liquidity profile, sound strategy and its robust system of internal controls.

Local currency rating of Baa3 is accepted as an investment grade within the rating scale of Moody's.

Ratings, assigned by International Rating Agency Moody's, represent not only an independent assessment of sound structure and growth plans of BankPozitif, but also represent an additional trust to the banking system that leads to a positive contribution to the Turkish Banking sector and the economy.

Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO Hasan Akçakayalıoğlu "Last year's performance of BankPozitif resulted in 151% of asset growth, 167% of loan book growth and 191% of net income growth. Share capital increase will enhance our performance further. It is beyond doubt that the increase of our loan book, funded by both our strong equity and additional borrowings, will have positive contributions to our country in terms of growth, increasing national income and creating new employment areas" said.
