Total cost of this investment was 70.5 million USD together with the share capital increase after the acquisition of JSC BankPozitiv. After Demirbank T.A.Ş. acquired %98.89 of "Alcombank" in 1997 and changed its name to "Demir Kazakhstan Bank", JSC BankPozitiv has been carrying out its activities as a mid-sized banking institution reputed for the quality and liquidity of its assets and characterized by prudence and conservative management in the Kazakh banking sector. Throughout its branches, JSC BankPozitiv offers a full range of financial products to its corporate and retail clients including trade finance, consumer finance, credit cards, deposit products, cash and asset management. . JSC BankPozitiv's network comprises 6 branches and employs 299 people.
