Use some part of your credit in Turkish Lira, or index some part to the foreign currency; relax with the foreign currency rate changes.
Turkuaz Mortgage Basket: 70% of your credit is in Turkish Lira, and the remaining part is indexed to foreign currency.
Balanced Mortgage Basket: Half of your credit is in Turkish Lira, and the other half is indexed to foreign currency.
Foreign currency Mortgage Basket: Use 70% of your credit as indexed to the foreign currency, and the remaining part in Turkish Lira.
Coverage: It is presented in order to provide the necessary financial support for the people that want to have house. Our product could be used for purchasing the immovable properties which are completed with at least 70%, with the legal permissions obtained and registered as residence (for those which will not be used for the commercial-professional purposes).
Security: The mortgage of the house which is purchased with credit forms the security.
Insurance: Life Insurance + Residence Insurance and DASK (will be renewed every year during the term).
Financing Rate: The credit is presented up to 75% of the expertise value in the general application.
Important matters relating to the Foreign currency Indexed Credits :
- The banks record the foreign indexed credits in TRY in accordance with the laws.
- Because of this reason, the TRY equivalent of your installments in the repayment plan may vary in case of change in the foreign currency rates.
- In case you will make the installment payments in foreign currency, this payment is converted into TRY on the counter purchasing rate of our bank.
Taxes :
- Which you do not use the house which you purchased for the professional-commercial purposes in the frame of the Residence Financing law.
