- Our product can be used as indexed to TRY, American Dollar, European currency or Swiss Franc.
- DASK and Residence insurance are necessary for the house which forms the security and Life insurance is necessary for our customer and these insurances are required to be renewed every year during the credit term.
- We present this product up to 50% of the value which is determined by the expert for the house which forms the security.
Documents requested :
- Application form,
- Identity card photocopy,
- Income certificate, payroll, in case you bring writing showing your salary from your workplace; the signature circular showing the authorized signatories of your workplace,
- Residence certificate or the fixed service bill pertaining to the last 3 months (electricity, water, telephone, natural gas),
- Tax statement, if you are a self-employed person,
- Title deed photocopy of your house,
- Additional certificates and security could be requested if necessary as specific to the credit you request.
