Coverage : It is presented for the modification and renewal or financing the additions of residences for which the legal permissions are obtained and the construction is completed.

Currencies : It is presented in TRY and as foreign currency indexed.

Security : The mortgage of the house which is subject of the credit forms the security.

Insurance : Individual Accident Insurance + Residence Insurance + DASK (will be renewed every year during the term.)

Taxes : In the frame of the residence financing law, all of the payments which you will make relating to the credit are exempted from BSMV and subject to KKDF.
